Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our team in Laguna. The successful candidate will handle audit services, accounting and tax consulting, financial advisory, and in-house corporate accounting for both local and global companies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Audit Services

  • Examine company financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and local laws.
  • Provide independent audit opinions.

2. Accounting & Tax Consulting

  • Support clients in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and monthly/annual closing.
  • Advise on tax filings, compliance, and planning strategies.
  • Assist global clients with IFRS implementation.

3. Financial Advisory

  • Provide support for M&A transactions, business valuation, and due diligence.
  • Assist companies preparing for IPO.

4. In-house CPA (Corporate Accountant)

  • Work directly with a company’s finance or audit department.
  • Handle internal audits, risk management, and financial leadership roles.

Qualifications (MUST):

  • CPA License Holder
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
  • At least 5+ years relevant experience in auditing, finance, or consulting
  • English level: Business/Fluent
  • Age: 28–50 years old
  • Nationality: Filipino
  • Advantage: Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards, IFRS, and tax laws
