Job Summary:

We are seeking a Production Control Staff to join our PEZA-registered manufacturing company in Carmona, Cavite. The role will focus on planning, managing procurement, monitoring production processes, controlling inventory, and ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Production Planning – Develop schedules to meet customer demands.
  2. Procurement Management – Manage materials, suppliers, and purchasing activities.
  3. Process Control – Monitor and improve production processes.
  4. Inventory Management – Ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste.
  5. Quality & Delivery Management – Maintain product quality and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Age 24–40 years old.
  • Junior-level experience in manufacturing or production control.
  • Strong planning and coordination skills.
  • Good data analysis skills for demand forecasting and efficiency improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to coordinate with production, sales, and suppliers.
  • Proficient in IT tools: MS Excel, ERP systems, and production management software.
  • English: Business/Fluent level.
  • Japanese: Not required.
  • Filipino nationality.
